I founded Vishwa Vigyan. Sometimes the problem on my desk is a physicist’s simulation that gives the wrong answer. Sometimes it’s a trader spending the evening typing prices into quotations.

VV Research Desk
A simulation can run without errors and still give an impossible result. One worked example at the Desk uses a transport calculation with a missing coupling. Another starts with a noisy frequency sweep and shows how to extract the resonance and its width.
The examples use synthetic data. For your own project, bring the plot, code or fit and the point where it stopped making sense.
